Retail Merchandiser

Georgia Market / Marietta Area

We are looking for a part-time (24 hours / week) Retail Associate to call on Publix and Whole Foods stores in the Marietta and surrounding areas. This is not a commission-based sales job, however, relationship-based, suggestive-sales is routinely done. Driving time is paid at the same hourly rate and fuel will be expensed at $0.55 / mile.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Collection of product information via audit process using iPad device.
• Increase distribution of approved products by providing suggested order information to store department managers.
• Applying coupons and other marketing materials to products on shelf.
• Occasional shelf stocking/pricing items.
• Checking product expiration dates.
• Suggesting and/or creating secondary promotional displays upon request.

Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated, organized and have a professional/ polite personality.
• Must be able to work independently and have good time management skills.
• Must be open-minded to new ideas and able to welcome / incorporate new methods of work.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Must have reliable/ economical transportation, a valid Driver License, and able to meet insurance coverage of 100/300/100.
• Must possess basic computer skills to include E-mail communication, basic
• Excel and have a smartphone with a fairly good camera.
• Clean & neat appearance required. Dress code is business casual
